What is the expected possession date for Nishada?

I originally heard March'26 -

1. Are they starting to give possession by that time ?
2. Also, all neighbouring area is full of construction. Will this place be liveable ?

I am also wondering if the OC will come on time giving all the delays in OC in Hyderabad these days.
